Idiosyncratic and aphoristic, Nietzsche is always bracing and provocative, and temptingly easy to dip into. It also explodes the many misconceptions fostered in the hundred years since Nietzsche wrote, prophetically: 'Do not, above all, confound me with what I am not!'
